Refund requests are only accepted within 14 days of purchase and strictly if the activation process has not yet begun.
Activation is considered started once the client submits their credentials and we begin the setup, evaluation, or funding process, or when access is delivered in any form.
After activation or access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
